Trustworthy car feels safer to drive

From now on I'm going to try to only buy Crossclimates. As time has gone by, the car still rides better, handles better and is quieter (tyre noise) than on the original factory-fit Contis. I do note however that the Crossclimates have much less tread on them when new compared to "normal" tyres, only about 6mm compared to the more usual 8 to 9mm, but fingers crossed, they seem to wear less so should last the same mileage as standard tyres. Without a doubt the car is more sure-footed and can be pushed harder round bends in the dry, and it grips better on wet roads too. I just wish they weren't so expensive compared to other tyres, and that they were more readily available

Very pleased with the tyres. Driving feels safer in all weather conditions.

The tyres perform well in all the weathers so far. Still waiting for snow and ice conditions. Only annoying feature is I have a gravel surface parking area and in the warm weather before driving on the roads I have to remove the stones that have stuck to the rubber. This is the only negative feature for me personally.

So far so good. The real test will be on snow.
