I'm pleased with the performance on the Skoda. I previously drove a Saab and found the tyres perfect in all weathers. These tyres provide a reliable driving experience.

They performed particularly well over the winter when we had snow and ice. The grip is excellent and gave me confidence while driving in dodgy conditions, especially on the high level routes in the highlands where road clearing and gritting is not a priority. I drove steadily on while others were sliding off the road. The tyres are great in the wet as well - and we've had plenty of that this last year too. I lose a few mpg over the summer months compared to slicks but it is worth it for the grip in poor weather and saves having to change over to winter tyres each autumn.

Bought these on the back of great reviews for winter driving, I can confirm these are great in winter conditions. I live in the high peak and every winter we get 6"-12" of snow guaranteed in a single down pour, these tyres performed very well in the snow, while cars was getting stuck and just spinning their wheels the grip with these tyres was excellent, they are expensive however they are the best so worth the extra money. I will be getting these tyres again when they need changing, tyres are waring very well they start with around 7mm of tread, I've done around 15000 miles and still has 5-6mm of tread left.
