So far so good - still waiting for some snow to test them to their ultimate!

Very good, over the winter months they out perform a summer UHP tyre in all but warm dry days. As the temperature increases they squirm a little but are ok and last surprisingly well!

Recent convert to michelins, pilot sports and cross climates 2 are my go to after 40 years of driving. Why skimp when these handle well and last yonks.

Having previously been put off michelins due to cost, I bought a set of parts worn pilot sports for a different car. Impressed with the road holding and wear rates I bit the bullet and bought crossclimates for a crv. Fantastic tyre, great grip in all weather's, long wear rates and no detrimental fuel economy noticed. Just purchased my second set and my son is also a convert and on his second set on his focus.

At last, a 20

For years my Mercedes ML and me have had a love-hate relationship... loved the car but hated the ride. I tried everything. Main Dealer checks, tyre specialist checks, you name it. Finally I decided that my tyre tread pattern was probably causing the uneven, tramlining ride. Looked at the Cross-Climate 2 treads and figured (with some physics) that these would not be so affected. Tried 2 on the front. Immediate end to my problems. Now I have two on the rear... changing lanes on the motorway? No sweat. Smooth ride on all roads? You bet. Quick stopping on wet, slippery roads? Amazing.

Comfort ride

My VW Transporter has OEM suspension and the prev. tyres gave a hard, crashy ride. They were recommended on a VW T6 forum, but i was amazed at the upgrade in comfort these give. Also better equipped for Scotland's inclement weather. I had costed upgrading my suspension but once the Cross Climates were fitted i realised that wasn't required, so saving me £s. To top it off i also got money back from Michelin on their offer. Great product and service all round.

Exceeded expectations

Having just returned from a euro ski trip with a 2500 mile drive in all conditions, I was really pleased with how the cross climate 2 tyres coped with snow and icy roads in the Alps, often out-performing other vehicles fitted with winter tyres. So far I have done 5000 miles on the Michelin's and although a little noisier than the factory-fitted Michelin primacy tyres I haven't seen any real difference on fuel economy

The best tyres for all weather

Bought a set of these to ensure I could keep moving with confidence when there was snow on the ground. I've been staggered how well they have lasted covering in excess of 40,000 miles in the 3 years since fitting them with at least 1 more season left when I exchanged the car. Sadly I cannot get them in the size I need for my new car rear tyres (275/35R19).
