AVIS SUR LE PNEU MICHELIN e.Primacy

Ok on hot dry and wet by conditions not so good on ice!

I replaced all 4 tyres and have noticed no difference in performance after circa 2500 miles of summer driving. I hadn't realised that these tyres have only 6,5 mm of tread depth at new. I don't understand this - it seems it is like buying a part worn tyre. So far it is too soon to compare tread wear but the previous Michelin pilot set lasted 45,000, so my expectation would be for something similar

Tyres hold the road well especially in the rain and aren’t noisy

Performing in line with previous experience of this tyre brand and tyre type. Have always been impressed with the mileage performance of Michelin tyres.

Absolutely grippy in the wet and quiet, a good all round tyre.

Ride comfort and noise level

Tyres were still performing superbly. In the Autumn months I had no traction issues from a standstill, cornering grip or braking concerns at all. I was worried the e-primacy may struggle in colder damp conditions but they were absolutely no problem at all. I’ve recently swapped over to winter tyres for the colder months. Definitely noticed a reduction in range when switching to the winter tyres - the colder weather will no doubt play the biggest part in this, but the winter tyres are rated c for fuel efficiency vs the a for the e primacy tyres.

Fine. They're not noisy, good gripping, the wet good breaking.
