MICHELIN Primacy 5 energy™ REIFENBEWERTUNG

Bought these as i'd previously had primacy 4+ on another car. As the tyres i purchased are on the rear its diffilcult to report handling , however so far ( after 2000 miles ) they seem very stable and hold the road well. No signs of wear so far. The most impressive things are there is a noticable increase of mpg by 1-3 mpg , yes by just swapping two tyres ! The most important thing for me has been the quieter cabin noise , my car has a curtain rather than a back parcel shelf so rear tyre noise is easily brought in to the passenger area. With these tyres the ride is much quieter . These tyres arent cheap but worth every penny. When the front tyres wear down ill be replacing with the same. Booking and purchasing the tyres on black circles was easy , the garage who fitted them were helpful , friendly and spot on.

It's early days to give a firm opinion, they seem quiet and okay in the rain. Fuel economy was good on a long journey getting 60mpg with a 1.5tsi SUV.

I have an estate car. With all the rear seats down there is more road noise than with the seats up. With the new tyres the noise level is considerably less

One of the reasons I chose these was the low noise rating. They are noticeably quieter.

Service was excellent

Obviously less rolling resistance but actually seem louder than the old ones.

These tyres give good grip on both wet and dry roads and are noticeably much quieter than the tyres they replaced, making for a more relaxing drive.

Car feels more stable on the road.

Quieter comfortable ride with good handling in dry conditions for a VW Touran, it’s been so dry I can’t comment on wet conditions. Good for fuel economy, few more miles per gallon than the last pair

My range has increased significantly, by more than expected. They are also quieter. In the two months I’ve had them, there has been no rain, but I’m expecting improved there too.
